  Making of edible lace decoration 制作食用蕾丝装饰  

 

· Advanced - Heart shaped  :    

  Peony bud , Blossom Peony, Ranunculus, Oxford Scabiosa, Small chrysanthemum, Branches

MASTER FLOWER PIPING COURSE

​

· Master 1 - Hexagon shaped (dummy cake) :

  David Austin Rose, Wax flower, Spiraea, Berries, Basic palette knife flowers.

· Master 2 - Vase designed :

Classes Included :

- Demonstration on how to make Korean glossy buttercream, white buttercream.

- A set of flower piping nozzles, flower nail, scissor are provided.

- Professional Colouring techniques.

- 4 Cake recipes are provided.

- Certificate of Completion issue by Mama Girl Baking .

Terms & Conditions :

- No refund will be given after registration and payment made,  if students is unable to attend 

   the class under special circumstances, reschedule is feasible.

- Cancellation of class :  1 weeks before class - Reschedule is feasible.                                                                                                          2 days before class - No compensation .

   *to make up the missed class which is cancelled 2 days before by students,  

     RM300 will be charged for ingredients fees. 

- If the class is cancelled due to Organizer/ Instructor, fees will be 100% refund.

Studio Rules :

- No video / voice recording are allowed in the studio and during class.

- Video record only allowed on flower piping demonstration (1 time for each flower demonstration) 

- Only students who sign up the class allowed to enter the studio.

- No shoes allowed in the studio, room slipper will be provided.

Qualified to obtain certificate by passing exam issue by Korea Cake Association

Students who finished Intensive and Master class are qualified for exam and certificate issues by Korea Flower Piping Association (KCA).
